EVGENY IVANOVICH DITRICH Evgeny Ditrich – Chairman of the Board of Directors, Minister of Transport of Russian Federation, First Class State Adviser of the Russian Federation

Evgeny Ditrich is Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board of Directors in 2018.
Mr Ditrich has served as the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation since May 2018.
Previously Evgeny Ditrich served as Adviser, Deputy Chief, and then Chief of the Department of the State Committee for State Property Management of Russia (1995-1998), Deputy Chief, Chief of the Department, and then Deputy Head of the Department of Normative and Methodological Support of the Ministry of Property Relations of Russia (1998-2004), Deputy Director of the Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade (2004-2005), Deputy Chief of the Federal Road Agency (2005-2012), Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Infrastructure of the Russian Government (2012-2015), Head of the Federal Service for Supervision of Transport (2015), First Deputy Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation (14 October 2015 –18 May 2018).
Recipient of the Order of Honour, a Letter of Acknowledgement from the Government of the Russian Federation, the title of the Honoured Worker of Transport of Russia and other institutional awards.
Evgeny Ditrich graduated from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute with a degree in Applied mathematics (1996), and from the Higher School of Privatization with a degree in Law (1999).
Born on 8 September 1973 in Mytishchi, Moscow region.

Chairman of the Management Board, CEO of PJSC Aeroflot
Vitaly Saveliev is an Executive Director, member of PJSC Aeroflot’s Board of Directors since 2009.
Born on January 18, 1954.
Holds degrees from the Kalinin Polytechnic Institute in Leningrad in mechanical engineering (1977) and from the Palmiro Togliatti Engineering and Economic Institute (1986).
Candidate of Economic Sciences.
Vitaly Saveliev has been CEO of Aeroflot since 2009.
His previous positions include:
Deputy Head of Sevzapmetallurgmontazh (1984-1987)
Deputy Head of civil engineering at Glavleningradinzhstroi (1987-1989);
CEO of DialogInvest, a Soviet-US joint venture (1989-1993);
Chairman of the Management Board of Bank Rossiya (1993-1995);
Chairman of the Board of Bank Menatep St Petersburg (1995-2001);
Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom (2001-2002);
Deputy Minister for Economic Development and Trade (2004-2007);

MIKHAIL IGOREVICH POLUBOYARINOV Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of PJSC Aeroflot, First Deputy Chairman – Member of the Board of the State Development Corporation "VEB.RF"

Mikhail Poluboyarinov is Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Non-Executive Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board in 2017.
Since 2009, Director of the Infrastructure Department and Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank, First Deputy Chairman of Vnesheconombank and member of the Executive Committee.
Member of PJSC Aeroflot’s Board of Directors since 2017.
In 1988, graduated from Moscow Financial University with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 1998, graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a PhD in Economics majoring in Finance, Currency Circulation and Credit.
He is currently member of the Board of Directors at Leader, and a member of the Supervisory Board at DOM.RF.
From 2000 to 2009, Chief Accountant and Deputy CEO of PJSC Aeroflot.
From 1990 to 1999, Chief Accountant and Financial Director of Avtoimport.
He has been awarded the title of the Honoured Economist of Russia and a Letter of Acknowledgement from the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation. For his contribution to the preparation of the XXII Winter Olympic Games and the XI Winter Paralympic Games in Sochi in 2014, Mikhail Poluboyarinov was awarded the Order of Honour.

Alexander Galushka Alexander Galushka

Alexander Galushka is a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors.

Born on 1 December 1975 in Klin, Moscow Region.
In 1997 graduated from Moscow State Social University with a degree in Economics. Professional education includes: “Professional assessment of proprietary subject matters and proprietary rights”, “Business valuation” programs from the Plekhanov Russian University; “Top-level personnel reserve training program” from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration; internship in the University of Edinburgh (Great Britain) with a project work “Strategy of Human Capital Preservation and Human Development in Russian Federation until 2050”.
From 1996 to 2013, Mr. Galushka was engaged in entrepreneurial, teaching and social activities. In 2010–2013 he was the President of the All-Russian Public Organization “Business Russia”, member of Supervisory Board at Agency for Strategic Initiatives and member of a number of expert councils under the President of the Russian Federation: on economics; modernization and innovation; national projects and demographic development. Later he became the Professor of the Higher School of Economics (2012) and Co-Chairman of the All-Russian Popular Front (2013). In 2013 during Moscow Mayor elections he was Mr. Sobyanin’s candidate to the Federation Council. Additionally, his success led him to the position of Minister of the Russian Federation for the Development of the Far East (2013–2018).
He was awarded the Order of Honor, Medal of Stolypin P.A. (I Class), Order of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Grand Prince Vladimir (III Class), honorary letter of commendation from the President of the Russian Federation, Letter of Acknowledgement from the Government of the Russian Federation and a number of letters of appreciation from the Government of the Russian Federation as well as numerous departmental awards.

 

 

IGOR ALEXANDROVICH KAMENSKOY Igor Kamenskoy – Independent Director, Managing Director, Renaissance Broker LLC

Igor Kamenskoy is an Independent Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board of Directors in 2014.
Igor Kamenskoy has been Managing Director of Renaissance Broker LLC since 2014. Previous positions include Vice President of Soyuzkontrakt (1992-1998), Vice President of Rosbank (1999), advisor to the Speaker of the State Duma (2000-2002), member and subsequently Deputy Speaker of the Federation Council (2002-2009), Chairman of the Board of Directors of Renaissance Capital (2009-2014) and Managing Director at Renaissance Capital - Financial Consultant LLC (2009-2014). Igor Kamenskoy graduated in Russian language and literature from Moscow State Pedagogical Institute.
He was born on 25 January 1968 in Kiev.

 

 

 

Maksim Liksutov Maksim Liksutov – Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Department for Transport and Road Infrastructure Development in Moscow

Maksim Liksutov is a Non-Executive Director and Member of the Board of Directors.

In September 2012, following a decree of Moscow’s mayor, Mr. Liksutov was appointed Deputy Mayor of Moscow, Head of the Department of Transportation and the Development of Road and Transport Infrastructure in Moscow.
In 2007, Mr. Liksutov graduated from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics with a degree in Banking and Finance. In 2012, he graduated from the International Law Institute with a degree in Business Management. In 2016 he attended a course in autonomous commercial organization at the “Institute of International Standards of Accounting and Management” under the program “Occupational Health and Safety”.
Since December of 2011, Liksutov served as Moscow’s Head of the Department for Transport and Road Infrastructure Development in Moscow. From April 2011, he was an adviser to Moscow’s mayor on transport and road and transport infrastructure development matters. Prior to these titles, Mr. Liksutov served as the CEO of Aeroexpress LLC (2009-2010). Previously, he was a member of the Board of Directors of TransGroup LLC (2005-2008).
Liksutov has numerous awards: 2013 – Honored Worker of Transportation of the Russian Federation, 2016 – Gratitude from the Chairman of the State Duma of the Russian Federation, 2017 – Order of Friendship, 2018 – Certificate of Merit from the President of the Russian Federation, 2018 – Certificate of Merit from the Federal Treasury.
Born on 19 June 1976 in the town of Loksa, Estonian SSR.

 

 

DMITRIY NIKOLAEVICH PESKOV Dmitriy Peskov – Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation on Digital and Technological Development

Dmitry Peskov is a Non-Executive Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board of Directors in 2014.
Dmitry Peskov has been director of the Young Professionals Programme at the Agency for Strategic Initiatives since 2011.
Previously he held various positions at the University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs including Deputy Rector for Research and Director of Innovation (2000-2009), and Head of Strategic Research at VVTs. He is a member of the Expert Council advising the Russian Government, and sits on the board of Russian Venture Company.
He holds masters degrees from Moscow School of Social and Economic Sciences and the University of Manchester, and an undergraduate degree from Voronezh State University.
He was born on 26 December 1975 in Voronezh.

 

 

VASILIY VASILIEVICH SIDOROV Vasiliy Sidorov – CEO of Arida

Vasiliy Sidorov is an Independent Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board of Directors in 2013.
Vasiliy Sidorov has been CEO of Arida since 2012, and Managing Partner of Euroatlantic Investments since 2010.
He previously served as Deputy CEO of Svyazinvest (1997-2000), First Vice President of Sistema Telecom (2000-2003), President of MTS (2003-2006), co-owner of Telecom Express Group (2006-2010). He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Russian Railways since 2012.
In 2016, Vasiliy was named Best Independent Director of the year at the award ceremony organised by PWC, Association of Independent Directors and Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Vasiliy Sidorov holds a finance degree from the Wharton School of Business, and a degree in international public law from the University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Born on 2 February 1971 in Athens.

 

 

YURIY BORISOVICH SLYUSAR Yury Slyusar – General Director of United Aircraft Corporation

Yury Slyusar is a Non-Executive Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board of Directors in 2015.
Mr Slyusar is General Director of United Aircraft Corporation, a position he has held since January 2015. Previous positions include Commercial Director of Rostvertol (2003-2009), advisor to the Minister of Industry and Trade (2009), Director of the Aviation Industry Department (2010-2012) and Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade (2012-2015). Yury Slyusar holds a degree in law from Moscow State University and a graduate degree in economics from the Academy of National Economy.
He was born on 20 July 1974 in Rostov-on-Don.

 

 

 

MAXIM YURIEVICH SOKOLOV Maxim Sokolov – Independent Director, First Deputy CEO of LSR Group

Maxim Sokolov is an Independent Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board of Directors in 2018.
Since August 2018, Maxim Sokolov is a Chairman of the Executive Committee, CEO and Member of the Board of Directors of LSR Group.
He began his career as Lecturer at the Economics Faculty of St Petersburg State University (1991-1993). He went on to serve as Commercial agent at JSC Frezi Grant (1992-1993), CEO of CJSC Rossi (1993-1999), CEO of LLC Corporation S (1999-2004), Chairman of the Committee on Investments and Strategic Projects of the Government of St Petersburg (2004-2009), Member of the Government of St Petersburg, Chairman of the Committee for Economic Development, Industrial Policy and Trade (2009), Director of the Department of Industry and Infrastructure of the Government of the Russian Federation (2009-2012), Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation (2012-2018), Chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee of the Board of Directors of LSR Group (June – August 2018).
Awards: Order of Honour, Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland”, 2nd degree, Russian Federation Presidential Certificate of Honour, he was awarded a Letter of Acknowledgement from the President of the Russian Federation and the title of the Honoured Worker of Transport of Russia.
In 1991, graduated from the Economics Faculty of St Petersburg State University with a degree in Political Economy; holds PhD in Economics.
Born on 29 September 1968 in Leningrad.

SERGEY VIKTOROVICH CHEMEZOV Sergey Chemezov – CEO of Rostec State Corporation

Sergey Chemezov is a Non-Executive Director. He joined Aeroflot’s Board of Directors in 2011.
Mr Chemezov has served as CEO of Rostec State Corporation since December 2007.
He began his career at the Irkutsk Research Institute for Rare and Non-Ferrous Metals and the Luch Experimental-Industrial Association in the USSR and East Germany (1983-1988). He went on to serve as Deputy CEO of Sovintersport (1988-1996), Head of the Presidential Foreign Relations Office (1996-1999), CEO of Promexport (1999-2001), First Deputy CEO of Rosoboronexport (2001-2004) and then CEO of Rosoboronexport (2004-2007).
Sergey Chemezov is a bureau member of the Supreme Council of the United Russia Party. He is a Chairman of the Russian Engineering Union and the Executive Director of the Russian Mechanical Engineering Union’s employers association. Mr Chemezov holds a Department Chairman position at the Armaments Cooperation and High-Tech Management Department of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations. He serves as a Chairman of the Board of Rosoboronexport, VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation, KAMAZ truck manufacturing company, Uralkali fertilizer company and is a Board member at JSC United Aircraft Corporation, JSC JSCB International Financial Club (IFC Bank) and Alliance Rostec Auto B.V. Mr Chemezov is a Member of Supervisory Committees at a number of Russian corporations, including Rostec, United Rocket and Space Corporation and Roscosmos State Space Corporation.
He holds a PhD in economics, and degrees from the Irkutsk Institute of National Economy and the Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. He is a professor and member of the Academy of Military Sciences.
Sergey Chemezov was born on 20 August 1952 in Irkutsk region.
